Our Story
The Garage is a locally owned and family operated restaurant and bar tucked just off the Frederick Airport at 1341 Hughes Ford Rd. We're not a chain. We're neighbors who love great food and wanted to build something the Frederick community could call their own.
Our menu is built around our wood-fired brick oven — the same oven that gives our pizzas that signature char and our flavors that no conveyor belt can replicate. Every sauce on our menu is house-made, from our local beer BBQ to our honey sriracha aioli. Our fries are hand-cut. Our pickles are house-made.
We pair all of that with what we think is the best beer program in Frederick — 80+ craft and domestic options, local brews on tap that rotate with the season, and a full wine and liquor menu for whatever you're in the mood for.
